Entrance onto the campground property constitutes:
Permission for the management of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp Resort in Bremen, Georgia to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.
The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects, or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming or boating a the Camp-Resort or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Camp-Resort and its owners agents and employees are not liable for injuries to property damages resulting from such causes.
Property damages caused by the guest to the park are authorized to be charged by the same form of payment method for the stay.
Savings Card Terms:
Card valid only for the current 2012 season.
Card is non-transferable. Must be same paying customer each visit as well as same person redeeming free pass. Paying customer may purchase passes for other persons.
Cards are only valid for single family/person visits. Savings cards are not valid for use with camping clubs, group visits, reunions, company picnics, etc.
Savings cards valid only at the Bremen, Georgia Jellystone Park.
Card terms are subject to change.
Specific Day Pass Terms:
Cannot be redeemed on Memorial, Independence, and Labor Day weekends.
Is only valid for summer day passes. Card cannot be used for special events such as the Spring Easter Egg Hunt and the Fall Pumpkin Fest.
Day passes are subject to availability. For example, if the park is at capacity or reserved for a company picnic, etc. day passes may be limited.
"Free" is for a single day pass.
Specific Camping Card Terms:
A "Visit" is 2 days or more. Not valid for overnite or single day visits.
Although there are no blackout dates, redemption is subject to availability.
Not valid for extended stay, seasonal or monthly stays.
Additional discounts may not be taken on redemptions visits.
Redemption of "Free Stay" is for up to 3 days maximum. Free rental unit visit can only be earned by eight previous visits in a rental units.
