Park Rules 1/2/12
Check In: 2:00 pm Check Out: 12:00 Noon
Late check out (up to 4 hours or 4pm) $10
Quiet hours: 9:00pm – 8:00am
Visitors: All visitors must sign in at the Ranger Station. Visitors are permitted between the hours of 9:00am – 8:00pm. No charge for a few visitors visiting a few hours at the campsite only. All other visitors must pay for a day pass.
Firewood Policy: In compliance with the recommendation of the USDA and Georgia Forestry Commission bringing firewood into the park is prohibited due to the devastation of transporting destructive foreign pests. We need to protect our trees. Campfire wood is available at our
park for a reasonable fee.
Pets: Permitted in campground as long as they are on a leash at all times while outside your camping unit and NOT LEFT UNATTENDED. Do not leave your dog in your RV unattended if they will cause a barking disturbance. Droppings must be picked up. Pets are not allowed in Pool area, playgrounds or building.
Alcoholic Beverages: Are only allowed at your own campsite.
Smoking: Not allowed in Ranger Station, cabins, playground & pool areas. Please do not through cigarette butts on the ground.
Pool: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. No cutoffs and no pets, food or glass is permitted. Additional rules posted in pool area. Pool hours are 10:00 am – 9 pm.
Garbage: Please keep your campsite clean. Place garbage in the garbage can s throughout the park, at the dumpster located behind the pool, or you can leave sealed trash bags to be picked up at your site. Pull through sites: place your trash at the end of your site which joins the middle road “Boo Boo Blvd.”. Back-in & tent sites place your trash on the end of your site by the inner loop road.
Golf Carts: Permitted in park. Must have valid drivers license to operate.
Not Permitted: Skateboarding, electric space heaters, washing of vehicles, firearms, fireworks, drugs, parking on the grass. All motorized vehicles must be licensed with the exception of golf carts. No loud motorcycles, or loud music.
Speed limit: 5 1/2 mph at all times throughout the campground. Strictly enforced.
Conduct: No obscenity, offensive language, appearance or other disruptive behavior or activities allowed in the park as determined by management.
Failure to comply with the above rules may lead to dismissal from the park.

Entrance onto the campground property constitutes:
Permission for the management of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp Resort in Bremen, Georgia to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.
The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects, or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming or boating a the Camp-Resort or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Camp-Resort and its owners agents and employees are not liable for injuries to property damages resulting from such causes.
Property damages caused by the guest to the park are authorized to be charged by the same form of payment method for the stay.
